Roelfsema Fysiotherapie has contracts with most Dutch health insurers. This means that if you have supplementary insurance (aanvullende verzekering) for physiotherapy, your invoice will be sent directly to the health insurer, and you will not receive a bill. Please check the ‘Health Insurers’ section to see if Roelfsema Fysiotherapie has a contract with your specific insurer.
If Roelfsema Fysiotherapie does not have a contract with your insurer, the rates listed below apply, and the invoice will be sent to you first. You must pay this invoice yourself, but you can submit it to your health insurer to receive a partial reimbursement. The exact amount reimbursed depends on your insurer; please check with them directly for details.
If you do not have supplementary insurance for physiotherapy, the rates listed below apply. The invoice will be sent directly to you and cannot be submitted to your health insurer. You are responsible for paying this invoice in full.

These prices are used when there is no additional insurance for physiotherapy or when the additional insurance reached its limit.
Cancelling appointment
If an appointment cannot take place for any reason, this must be reported no later than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. Appointments that are missed or not cancelled in time cannot be claimed with the health insurer. Therefore, these must be paid by you personally, amounting to 100% of the applicable rate.
If payment remains outstanding despite multiple reminders sent after the due date, the invoice will be transferred to our partner, Medicas Incassojuristen. Unfortunately, this will result in additional costs, and we will no longer have any influence over the final invoice amount.
